Allowing others to download

When you are a Premium member, your friends or family can have your videos directly on their computers too. That is, only if you allow them to have the ability to download your videos.

1. Select "Your Motionbox" at the top right of your page when you are logged in to Motionbox.

2. Click on "Account Settings" and choose the "Privacy and Permissions" tab. Here you can set a universal access for all of your videos. If you would prefer that no one downloads your video, simply mark the bullet "Only I can download."

Please note: You may need to make sure "Everyone" can download my videos is checked. If they are not Motionbox signed-in members, even if they are on your friends or family or contact list - they will not be able to download the video unless that "everyone" is marked. This is a privacy feature for your security when sharing your videos.

Also, your viewers will need to sign in to a free Basic account in order to download any of your videos.
