Uploading from your mobile phone:
Your Motionbox account has a unique “videophone” email address that you can personalize to your liking. You can find this email address in your account settings under communication preferences. Use your videophone email address to send videos directly from your cell phone to your Motionbox account.
Keep in mind that some wireless providers automatically send photos and videos to their own web sites. To see if this is the case for you, try sending a video to your own email address. If you have to follow a link to your provider’s web site to view the video, you unfortunately won’t be able to send video from your mobile phone to Motionbox. Call your service provider to ask if there is another option for sending the multimedia files directly to an email address.
Uploading your videos by email:
You can also use the above mentioned videophone email address to directly email your videos to your Motionbox account. You can then upload them to Motionbox by emailing them to your videophone email address an attachment. Please keep in mind that your email provider may limit email attachments to 10MB or 15MB, so this method of uploading will work best with smaller videos.
Once uploaded, videos sent from either your mobile phone or by email will appear in your “Mobile Uploads” folder.
