Troubleshooting uploading problems

Sometimes the best solution for upload troubles are to simply try your upload again.

If the file is large, we do recommend using the Motionbox Express Uploader which sits on your desktop.

When using our web based uploader, make sure your computer doesn't enter "sleep" or "hibernate" mode during the upload process or your video won't complete its upload. If you want to step away from your computer while uploading a large file, simply go to your Control Panel on your PC. Find your "Power Options" and set your computer to go to sleep "Never".  On a Mac, Find your "System Preferences" and then "Energy Saver" options. Be sure to choose that your choice is that it "never" goes to sleep.  Once the upload has completed, change settings back.

Finally, please remember that upload times may vary depending on the size of your video or your internet connection.
