You own the rights to the videos you post on Motionbox. By joining the site, you grant Motionbox a license to reuse your content in a bunch of different ways—to promote our site, for example. In turn, we grant you the right to use our software and to reuse public or shared content posted by other Motionbox users. Our Partners may also create Groups on Motionbox where you can add videos to be considered for use on another website or even on television.
What’s yours is yours, so if you don’t want Motionbox users or Partners to view or share your work, make sure you mark your videos private and don’t add them to groups! We encourage you to share your videos with the world, but if you’re shy, you can always choose to keep them between you and your inner circle.
