The Councillor who introduced the motion for a plebicite question on ward voting did so because he thought, "It was just about time the question was asked." Isn't this rather juvenile? Imagine this guy is one of Oshawa's city fathers!

Oshawa council is moving to take away guaranteed local community representatives on city council. Even south end councillors Pidwerbecki and Sholdra support the south end losing it's guaranteed voice...something it never had under the general vote.
