When we met I had asked if you had heard about my auction then I pointed to a 2009 Harley-Davidson Street Glide. Then I told you that you can win it if you were the lowest unique bidder.This had everybody perplexed as to what the lowest unique bid was. The price you bid must be in 25¢ increments you can place multiple bids or a single bid whichever you choose. But to win you have to be the lowest unique bidder.
